What is Haaretz International?
Haaretz International is a new weekly digital publication that comprises the best of Haaretz - Israel?s most prestigious newspaper - plus additional articles written specially for Haaretz International subscribers.

When is Haaretz International published?
Haaretz International is published every Friday, early afternoon (Israel time), and is released for publication minutes after it has been 'closed' by our editors. Prior to festivals and local national holidays you will be notified of any amended publication date.

Why is Haaretz International only published in digital format?
By providing Haaretz International in digital format we can offer a fully up-to-date product for a fraction of the price of a print equivalent.

Haaretz International is convenient and easy to read. You can choose to print your edition as and when you require or view it onscreen. You just need the free Adobe Acrobat reader to read your personal edition. When your edition is ready you will receive an email reminder.

You can print Haaretz International in its digital PDF format in full, or page-by-page as you require. Alternatively it can be read online in html web format if you prefer.

How do I subscribe to Haaretz International?
Just go to www.haaretz.com/internationaland click the subscribe button to access our subscription form.

Why do I also need to register to Haaretz.com
You need to register as your personal edition can only be accessed with your username and password. If you have not previously registered you will need to complete a simple registration process as well as providing your credit card details to set up your subscription.

If you have already registered to Haaretz.com your most recent registration details will automatically appear and you will just need to add your credit card information. Your credit card details are only required for this sole transaction and will NOT be stored with your registration particulars.

Can I share my login and password details?
Your subscription is personal to you and other members of your immediate household. In the event of misuse your subscription may be cancelled.

Can I change my registration and Email details?
You can change your registration details and for instance set up a new password and amend your Email address. It is important that you cite your correct Email address as this is needed to verify your registration and to notify you when your Haaretz International has been published.

What software do I need?
While you can access the text version of Haaretz International through a web browser, it is also intended to be read and printed in PDF format. For this you will require the Free Adobe Acrobat reader which you can download by clicking here if it is not already installed on your computer.

Printing tips
Acrobat Reader comes with some useful print functions, and our images are kept to minimum size to save on print resources. With a little experimentation you should be able to judge the print settings that best suit your individual requirements.

During testing we found that the Internet Explorer browser works well with the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug in, and we recommend that you use this browser to access Haaretz International on the Windows platform. We recommend that Macintosh access using the Safari web browser. For more information please refer to our Printing Help section.

Reading in PDF
The Letter/A4 size allows for easy on-screen reading. Adobe Acrobat features an easy-to-use magnification tool to aid this process.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription please notify customer service and provide your full name and address as originally cited in your payment information. Given the low subscription price and costs involved in handling cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Help! I have a problem!
If you have a problem we suggest that you contact our Customer Service for assistance. This also applies to subscription support. We will normally respond to your inquiry within one working day.

If your problem is technical then your Customer Service inquiry will be forwarded to technical support. In most cases you will still be able to access your edition in html format using your web browser. In the event that you have problems logging in please read the next section.

When seeking technical assistance please provide details of your operating system, browser type and version, and the version of Adobe Acrobat currently installed on your computer. Please provide us with a clear explanation of the problem.

Help! I cannot log in to read my edition.
In order to make access easy as possible so that you do not have to log in every time you access Haaretz International we deploy a simple user cookie that recognizes your machine.

The user recognition system requires that you have cookies enabled. Please check that your browser is configured to accept cookies. This facility allows you to be logged in automatically from the same computer. If your cookie has for some reason been erased or has timed out, or if you are accessing Haaretz International from a different computer, you will need to log in manually. You will be taken to a log in screen. Simply enter your Username and Password in the top section and press the log in button to access Haaretz International.

If you have forgotten your Username or Password details you can click Password reminder to receive this information by Email.
