Talking about war with Iran is not necessarily bad
"Drum beat of war scares and denials" can have "useful diplomatic impact", writes Anthony Cordesman of CSIS. Something worth reading when Iran, again, is labeled major sponsor of terror, and the U.S. is sending a second carrier to the Gulf.
