Israeli real estate developers are taking over Las Vegas

The 30 million tourists flocking to Las Vegas every year make the gambling hub a highly appealing spot for real estate developers, including quite a few Israelis.

the strip, one can find Nochi Dankner and Yitzhak Tshuva's planned Plaza Hotel and Lev Leviev's Harley Davidson Hotel, and not far from there, the Founders Real Estate Company and Sam Ventura purchased ground slated to house a new casino.
