Three terrorists went to same college
By Arnon Regular

The terrorist attacks against Israeli targets yesterday morning and on Saturday night were carried out by three students from the Palestine-Polytechnic, which was closed by the Israel Defense Forces a few months ago, Palestinian reports say.

Bassam a-Takriri, 19, a computer student who carried out yesterday morning's attack on the No. 6 bus in French Hill, and Fuad Qawasmeh, 18, a second-year electrical engineering student who carried out Saturday night's suicide bomb attack in Hebron, reportedly lived just a few meters apart, close to Hebron University. Qawasmeh was also the nephew of the head of the Palestinian Education Ministry in the Hebron area.

The two apparently grew up together and studied at the polytechnic with Mujahad Aljabri, 19, who blew himself up about an hour after the French Hill attack at the entry to the Dahit al-Barid neighborhood, in the northern outskirts of Jerusalem. More than 20 suicide bombers and terrorists have studied at the college.

Three video cassettes immortalizing the three and their last wills and testaments were being distributed in Hebron yesterday. All carried a similar message - the attacks were aimed at destabilizing the new Palestinian government with Mahmoud Abbas as its head and at preventing the implementation of the Quartet's road map and any renewal of security cooperation between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.

The families of the three bombers said they had not heard from their sons since last Saturday morning, and it appears the three were part of the same Hamas group. The families have already started moving furniture out of their homes, fearing the IDF will soon demolish them as punishment
