I have often wondered what it is to be a jew, but it seems that even the Jews can`t agree what it means to be a jew.
My wife recently had to write a paper on racism, in which we explored the idea that even Christians and muslims can`t agree among themselves who is really christian or who is really muslim. How can someone from the outside come along and make that determination for them, or speak of the beliefs of those "Christians" or those "Muslims".
I am pretty sure that it was God himself that makes a Jew a Jew. The good news is that Everyone has a God given choice to be what they want. |
