Basic summary, Jews all happy in Iraq. Ben Gurion, fresh from having expelled all the arabs from Palestine needs Jews. He sends the Mossad in the form of Hillel and Ben-Porat to Iraq where they throw two hand grenades into a synagogue and conspire with the Iraqi government to deny citzenship to jews and make it easy for them to leave. He of course has form for this because he was PM during the Lavon affair in Egypt which would eventually cost Ben Gurion his job and usher in Sharrett as PM.
