Maybe over there in france you arrest people based on whatever you rant. The man asked the IDF to kill Avery (as a sarcastic response to a comment made by avery)not that he was going to do it himself. Craazy talk, stupid talk, but not serious and arrestable talk.
There are racist today in america who in 2006 still believe blacks are niggers and not worth the trouble talking to.
