And here we are. 40 years later. Still I`m reading folks bragging about how democratic Israel is at the same time holding claim to the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) where a majority is non-Jewish. Can`t have it both ways, folks. Be democratic and majority rules and Israel isn`t Jewish if it includes the West Bank. Be democratic AND Jewish, and you need to pull back into a smaller geographic area with fewer goyim already living there. And even if you pull back, how is Israel going to keep their Jewish majority and stay democratic? Deny citizenship to all nonJews it seems from other articles. This is not pretty, but folks post that its for the "survival" of Israel. But what is Israel if it needs a bullying minority to be Jewish? Hardly the dream of your grandfathers and grandmothers, I think. Too many days now it seems to me that the "easy" 1967 victory led to a kind of hubris in Israel that could well be its downfall.
