we waited 2 hours at the airport for the luggage that hasn`t arrived
the service was awful - no one to ask and rude service desk. after filling in a form I had to call every day to try and get more info, 3 times they promised to call me back but never did.
they also made a mistake when they processed the form and planned on sending it to Jerusalem instead of Netivot.
spending half vacation without the luggage, I`ve lost gifts for 3 birthdays and bought clothes and other stuff for my wife, our baby and myself. no one has offered any compensation.
now i might have to pay for over weight..
