it was Rav Israel Salanter Grand Rabbi of Germany`sJewish Orthodox Community who first currsed the Reformist in his native land.At that time (1930`s) the Reform Rabbi in the land of Wagner, would perform any mixed matrimony without going through any process whatsoever.
