No government wants to leagalize it because it will be too hard to regulate it, yet they still allow the sale of alcohol and tobacco which is the cause of many deaths world wide. However there has been no reported death of marijuana ever. It is impossble to overdose about 30x your bodyweight in 10 mins needs to be ingested, but youd pass out before that anyway.
