Actually, it`s a pretty apartheid law.
Apartheid means segregation. This law does not harm other religions but it still inflicts apartheid rules where everyone can only marry people of their own religion. That`s religious apartheid.
It`s not a discrimination law - that`s true because no one is discriminated against but it is apartheid, because it prevents people from other religions to marry - that practice they execute for in Saudia but is a common thing in all the Western countries where they don`t think that the government should tell people who to marry or legally separate religions.
