| Of Course not Joe! It landed on an uninhabited area! Moreover, it`s not "guided" to hit the civilian areas as israeli missiles and weapons are. Qassam cannot qualify as war crime as it`s not `intentionally` guided to land in the civilian area. Got my point? Guess not ! As usual an emptyheaded fanatic! |
