| To wipe out Iran`s nuclear program or to even damage beyond the point of repair. A Few 100 US taxpayer bought F-15/16 with precious "Israeli Avionics" just doesn`t cut it i`m afraid. Hez will lay waste to runways needed to launch aircraft rendering any air war useless, and remaining aircraft launched elsewhere will be downed by S-300 (Iran has dozens of Chinese rebadged model if not original RU version) and Tor-M1 (confirmed bought from RU in 2005 )aswell as a variety of custom air defence made for this very situation. That leaves ships and a ground war where Iran holds the upper hand. Israeli ships are vunerable to Iran/Hez sea mines and cruise missiles and IDF infantry use outdated combat techniques as we saw in the 2006 Leb war were they were retreating in droves. Fact is Israel is desperate and knows nuclear missile attack is the only option and is desperately trying to coerce Iran to attack first so as to respond with nukes. This is evident by Gaza war but Iran didn`t fall for it |
