The difference of OEM and FPP cause the lose of huge money and resources. I guess that is the difference in understanding even beyond culture, it is the difference in the assumption of understandings. It is similar to the case that a lot of arcane rules in US that could only be understood by lawyers and specialists instead of layman or ordinary people. You would not expect everyone go to law school or become talmudists. Even in that case, people still could find a lot of loopholes in other area.
That is I say that the market is a jumble mess. |
