| That the prosecutor doesn`t want to reveal to the defence various sources of information, and, as a result, that the prosecution must drop its case as that to proceed would be unfair in that the defence is deprived of making a proper defence. Here`s the question though, will the same principle apply when Palestinians are before the court, or will charges be pressed with secret evidence that they cannot challenge? |
