| This is past infuriating - it is sad and scary. Israel has developed a culture with so many tragic ills, and it seems blind to it, since all can be scapegoat-ed on the Palestinians, while Israelis maintain the fantasy that one day when there will be peace, the Israeli culture would magically transfom into a bastion of tolerance and humanity. Not only is Israel self-destructive, it is securing itself as a dark and shameful chapter in human history. |
