| Would someone kindly inform the president that the `peace now` approach is 100% counter-productive. The bush Admin. approach was not the reason for a lack of peace. The reason is that the PA cannot nor ever will recognize the RIGHT OF RETURN of the Jewish People (Zionism), nor the END OF THE OCCUPATION of the Land of Israel by foreign Arab occupiers since the Romans. Saeeb Erkat stated that there is no reason to rush to negotiations when Obama will hand them what they want on a silver platter at no cost. In fact, he points out that as time goes by, thanks to world pressure on Israel, Israel has and continues to give up land and options all the time, at no cost to the P.A., so they are happy to just wait it out until world anti-Semitism does their work for them. |
