| When ones sees the appointments of Hadas for Shalit`s negotiations and Kamisa for Israel`s ambassador to Egypt... and indeed Lieberman`s designation as FM (he should have had ANY portfolio EXCEPT the Foreign Ministry) one simply cannot but conclude Israel is dysfunctional in diplomacy and Public Relations. It is contemptuous and clumsy, and simply cannot understand it. Israel excells in everything, from High Tech to Tennis, and from cyber-warfare to reading books. But it just can`t grasp this relatively less sophisticated human art of being diplomatic. Peres is the only example... that confirms the rule. |
