| The UN really had no right to partition Palestine in 1948. However, it was done and Israel exists. So at the very least, the UN should now take the same approach and partition territory under Israeli control, giving all the West Bank and Gaza to Palestine. It didn`t need the Pals agreement to partition their land in 1948, so it certainly doesn`t need Israel`s permission now. |
