| There`s a lot of condemnation of Reform Judaism (the biggest Jewish denomination that exists, by the way), of the Biblical injunction against homosexuality (why is it that otherwise Orthodox people happily accept other modern interpretations of Biblical injunctions but are so caught up in gay issues?) and the right for Reform rabbis to even call themselves rabbis (so gay men and lesbians, straight women etc can`t be teachers in Judaism? They always have been up to now, if not always openly!) A gay, reform rabbi is just what Poland needs - as a member of the EU, the state is obliged to protect the rights of all residents, irrespective of race, creed, gender or sexuality. Let`s see such rights being upheld. |
