Marwan Bin Khatib Barghouti ( مروان البرغوثي born June 6, 1959) is a Palestinian politician and militant leader who gained political authority during the First and Second Intifada. He was arrested and detained by Israel in 2002 on the charges of murder of Israeli civilians and attacks on Israeli soldiers. During prisoner exchange negotiations at the end of 2006, Hamas demanded his release, along with that of many other Palestinians, in exchange for the captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit...

He may just unify the Palestian people(that`s the 1 account), but as far as 2 state and recognising Israel is a bit doubtful acording to his own record. So maybe yes on the subjet of unifying the Pal peoples but most likely a 3rd intifada? The argument doesn`t wash. For More on Marwan Bin Khatib Barghouti;http://www.imra.org.il/story.php3?id=13212
