| The number of Madoff victims was staggering. The Wall Street Journal published a partial list at http://online.wsj.com/public/resources/documents/madoffclientlist020409.pdf. This, not the total amount, determined Mr. Madoff`s sentence. Basically, he got 8 months for each PAGE of the spreadsheet which contained the names of his victims. Seems fair to me. This has nothing to do with Yiddishkeit and everything to do with criminality. |
