s: "after israel`s withdrawal from gaza the palestinians messed up already the chance to build up a good economic entity in the area for a future palestinian state, although there were investors who would have supported them."

Try this:
1) Investors paid for an airport in Gaza
2) Israel wouldn`t allow planes to fly into it.
3) Israel then bombed it to rubble.
4) All new investors said "No money until we know it ain`t going to be blown up again".
5) The USA brokered a agreement called the AMA that included Israel giving an assurance IN WRITING that it would allow a rebuilt airport to operate.
6) Israel refused to write that letter, even though it had agreed in the AMA to do so.
7) Israel then destroyed the already-destroyed airport again.

I guess they were just trying to make a point..

A point that the investors understood, even if you remain clueless.

Google Map the runways, scallywag. You can still see the gashes from the IDF D9 bulldozers.
