| Israel agreed to a settlement freeze just at the Pals agreed to stop attacks. Israel is on pretty solid ground in suggesting that stopping attacks is more fundamental than cessation of settlements and until that is done, there will be no implemenation by Israel. In any event, Israel should simply announce that just as the EU insists that there be no settlement activity, it will never agree to provide a right of way to the Pals across Isreal. |
