| This is not the 1950`s. If Israel is attacked with a nuclear device in the future, it is unlikely that there will be a radar track indicating the source. A nuclear device is more likely to be introduced on a commercial airplane or a cargo ship. Who gets the "massive retaliation" then? The attacker is more likely to be a multinational extremist group in the style of Al Qeada. Sadly, Israeli policies over the years have gained them many enemies and lost them what few friends they had. If Israel makes a nuclear response against the wrong target, the world will dismantle the remains of Israel and insure that it does not rise again. |
