| Arad says "I also do not see a Palestinian leadership or a Palestinian regime, but a disordersly constellation of forces and factions." Probably correct, because Israel has done everything in its power to prevent the development of any Palestinian leadership. How can a leader ever emerge under 42 years of occupation? Anyone that ever sembles to be a leader is jailed because he opposes the occupation. |
