We read in last week`s Torah Portion "Behold it is a people that dwells alone, Not reckoned among the nations".
We are not here because of the US, the UN, Obama or anyone else. We are here because of G-d`s promise to Abraham thousands of years ago that this land would be inherited by his descendants.
The "State" of Israel does NOT mean the 51 UNITED State, even though we ARE "One Nation, under G-d INDIVISIBLE." Every American school child knows this and recites that every day. Is Netanyahu willing to pledge alliance to HIS OWN flag, or should we just go ahead and replace the Star of David, with the "Stars and Stripes"??? |
