Israel`s full of lame excuses for siezing this ship. A naval blocakde is no excuse for seizing humanitarian goods. The risk to the vessel is no excuse either, since the only risk to the vessel came from Israel.
"Israel`s ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, Aharon Leshno-Yaar, rejected that charge and said "clearly the purpose of that ship was to create a buzz and serve as a propaganda vehicle against Israel."
Well, at least the ambassador is inadvertently honest. Israel seized this vessel because it didn`t like it and because it wanted to. No justification. It did it because it wanted to.
Hopefully Obama will bring to an end Israel`s days of acting violently just because it fancies it. |
