| There has been a lot of building in Jerusalem for a very long time. It would be nice to know the exact relationship between this quarry and all that building. It would be very nice to know more about the Temples. Too bad that so many on all sides have little interest in archaeology as a craft and science - and an art - and so intense an interest in using archaeology as an ideological bludgeon. Or worse, destroying evidence as an ideological bludgeon. |
