| The EU either has to use smaller words or translate them into Russian and Hebrew if the Israeli Foreign Ministry needs an explanation. Maybe they are English-challenged. Or maybe they have no clue as to how actually economies work. We have had people in the US government, particularly in the last 12 years who are challenged in this manner, too, both in language and in economics. They were in charge of our stock market and banking systems and thought everything worked like a casino. |
