It is fairly unbalanced if the father of one prisoner can testify at UN and 12,000 fathers of Palestinianare prisoners are denied that right.

Let us not forget that Shalit was member of an occupying army, as such a direct threat to Pals and therefore rightfully taken prisoner of war. Such prisoners should be released after ending hostilities, that is after the Gaza siege has ended and Israel and the Pals have signed a peace agreement.
