| The fiction (theory) is that all states are sovereign and entitled to equality, independence and free choice. The reality is that more powerfull states and espescially superpowers decide how far small, non- or less powerfull states can go in their choices and deeds. You may ask the Serbs and Iraqi`s for example. `Reality beats fiction` goes the saying, not `fiction beats reality`. |
