| Haredi are not quite yet in power, but getting there. Remember, simple demographics are at work. Haredi have far more children than less orthodox and secular Jews. Even in the IDF, traditionally the secular bulwark, the orthodox voices are getting stronger. We have just heard women should not be in the IDF according to the Law! Once the Haredi have reached critical numbers Jewish women can kiss equality goodbye, just as Palestinian women can if Hamas rules the roost! |
