The story is all too reminiscent of the story by the very prominent Australian journalist who, last saturday, was repeatedly spat upon by ultra-orthodox Jews, and hit at least once, in Jerusalem. The similarity between religious fanatics, regardless of creed, is all too obvious. As both stories show, one thing is for sure. Women journalists who work in the Middle East are a mighty brave bunch! |
