| The Ministry of Education seems to be a group of self-serving, pompous idiots. They make themselves busy forming commitees and "new" regulations ad nauseum. Thereby they justify their positions, staff and pay checks while teachers are paid like babysitters, schools langusih in a sea of incompetence and bad planning, equipment and school schedules are just as ridiculous as each other. The education system in Israel is a joke. The ideology- planning and real vision about as deep as a puddle in a drought. Just how does any country that respects itself pay teachers less than the school cooks and cleaners?? |
