War on the oil-rich regional rival has always been plan-A, ever since those who plotted against Iraq also plotted war on Iran, long before Ahmadinejad or the program of nuclear power-generation. They have deliberately created the illusion of a crisis that does not exist, in order to feign a `justification` for their aggressive plans. These talks are just another part of that charade.
