| This is a good example of the closed mental fantasy world of Israeli political discourse. In exchange for a 3 month temporary freeze on building on Arab territory, (i.e. a transient measure subject, on expiry to immediate revocation), Israel is asking for permanent recognition or moves to normalize (forever) Arab relations with it. I.e. technically, asking everything in exchange for nothing. How can outside readers be expected to take this seriously? |
