Why should the Arabs respond to something Israel has not done yet and shows no intention of doing?
Freezing settlement construction will entail no risk to Israel`s security. That means the bulldozers and cement mixers have to STOP WORKING. NOW. Not after dillydallying around asking the Arabs what they will do if they stop next month.
By the same token, Hamas should stop firing rockets instead of making claims that it will stop when Israel lifts the blockade, because Israel is not going to lift the blockade as long as rockets are being imported, built, and fired. |
