| But they no longer believe in the declarations of their own government, never mind those of the Palestinian leadership. Let`s get this very straight. Continued settlement expansion is a sign that this government could renege on every agreement concluded to date. Settlement freeze is THE basis for starting genuine negotiation. It was an undertaking by Israel that is being broken every day. Complete settlement freeze first. Haaretz is changing before our very eyes. And so is the country. |
