It is hard to imagine that it is ok to continue expanding settlements. How can you defend continue stealing land (at least that is how it feels for the Palestininas). At the same time the destroying of illegal Palestinian houses still continues.
For serious peace the settlement building needs to stop, no exceptions. After that when trust is built one could ask friendly whether some half build houses can be finished. This assuming that the Palestinians do not inherit acres of rubble when the Israeli settlers go. |
