The Saudis would exact a high price for the use of their air space. Maybe the two state solution is the real price? I think this is more misinformation designed to cause Iran to move some of their interceptors and air defences to face south. The most logical route is accross the Turkish/Syrian border. Syrian air fields can be closed for a few hours with cruise missiles. Don`t expect anything like Operation Opera. The bombing of Iraq`s Osiraq reactor was a surprise. In the age of satelites and with 50 to 100 planes and 3 to 5 tankers over a 3000km return journey, there will be no surprise. The key primary targets will be the Shahid missiles and air defences. I would not be surprised if the Israelis used two hundred aircraft and/or cruise missiles from Indian Ocean ships or submarines. I believe the fixed elections in Iran and subsequent crackdown caused Obama to give up on the idea of regime change. If Ahmadinerjad believes he is the Mahdi, them what choice do we have
