| Obama went to Harvard Law School and is a constitutional lawyer. I received my paralegal certificate recently from Loyola in Chicago. From what I read Madrassa school studies the Koran, which is the constitutional law for muslims. English law got many things from other countries: looking for original intent of the law and precedent and history of the law is very similar to islamic law and may have come from there. Much contract law comes from islamic law (i.e. canceling a contract because of circumstances you cannot control). Egyptian law was perhaps the foremost in the idea of justice, ma`at, was it the basis for the 10 commandments. Wherever Obama studied, he became an outstanding constitutional lawyer; esp. when so many controversial issues are being debated, he seems to walk the line. |
