| If Israel wished, it could annhilate all its opposition with its bombs. It has not dones so, despite the wars started by Arab countries. However, Iran HAS threatened Israel. There, to my mind, is the difference. And I agree with Ambassador Oren. Israel is tiny, one bomb aimed at Jerusalem and everything from the Golan to Eilat from the Mediterranean to the east bank of the Jordan River would be destroyed. Yes, lots of Arabs would die, but they would be martyrs. The important point, to Iran`s mullahs, is that even more Jews, Christians, Druze and Bahai would die as well |
