But the Atheists have to be true intellectual atheists, i.e. someone who has thought about it rationally and decided that he didn`t believe in the tooth fairy, santa clause and the cousins jesus moses and mohammad.
I`m afraid instead of true rational atheists, they will wind up with 10 of "curious/confused" types searching for the meaning of life and willing to submit to whoever is most forceful or convincing.
Religion, and especially organized religion, has always seemed to me to be the outlet of the weak, a scapegoat for people who cannot handle the outcome of their own actions, and the fact that somethings are just randomly beyond anyones control. |
