There is no evidence that Iran has an ongoing weapons program.

I am, however, concerned that it may be edging towards a `break-out` capability.

Which is the ability to produce weapons in a year or two after a decision to leave the NPT.

The primary objective of the IAEA at this time is to get Iran back under the Enhanced Protocols, which would make it much harder to create a `break-out` capability and give much earlier warning that Iran was headed that way.
