Personal opinion? The Law of Moses does not change, it has sustained the Jew through today, through time of Christ and prophets to the coming of Messiah it has the spirit of the most high God. Secularism can change with new discovery and whims but not so with the Law that was written by the finger of the God of Abraham, Isaac and our namesake true Israel.
True interpretation can change depending on generations, people, times, situation and personalities as well as sin a word not many people are comfortable with today as well as poor spiritual health and its interpretation.
