Without secular Jews in history Israel would not exist, Hebrew would not be a modern language. The contribution of secular Jews throughout history is immense and rich. And yes Judaism is also a tradition, a culture, as well as a religion, with each being valid and worthy. You can be traditional and not religious, you can be secular but respect and enjoy tradition. Israel shows this, the majority observe the major festivals, and respect the tradition of Yom Kippur ( no one drives) while not agreeing with all that orthodoxy teaches. Most of us do. This article articulates a lot of what is felt and known.
