Right of Return is an issue that will be on the table. Personally, I think that the Palestinians would be better off to take the evacuated settlements in exchange for Right of Return. Anyway, I wasn`t making a case for Right of Return. I was merely suggesting that it would not even come up if Obama can`t even suceed with a settlement freeze.
