| How can anyone praise IDF Chief Rabbi Ronski`s willingness to "help religious women solve any problems they encounter in the army" when he denied a Masorti female soldier access to her army base`s synagogue in May to recite the kaddish mourning prayer for her deceased grandmother. Ronski`s first obligation is not to the soldiers under his command (apparently he would prefer that half of them not serve at all) but to the perpetuation of his rigid Orthodox ideology. |
